• Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 3 hours of receiving your order from the courier.
• You must report any issue — such as a defect, wrong item, or sizing problem — within this 3-hour window.

  • Clear photos of the issue

After the 3-hour window, we are unable to accept any return, exchange, or complaint. No exceptions apply.

Item Condition

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or altered items
• Any item returned beyond the 3-hour acceptance window

Refunds

We do not offer refunds beyond the 3-hour policy. All sales are considered final once this time has passed.
