Returns & Exchanges
- No refund under any circumstances, exchanges are accepted only within 3 hours of receiving your order from the courier.
- You must report any issue — such as a defect, wrong item, or sizing problem — within this 3-hour window.

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
After the 3-hour window, we are unable to accept any exchange, or complaint. No exceptions apply.
Item Condition
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or altered items
- Any item returned beyond the 3-hour acceptance window
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are considered final.
